My Cricut Faves

I thought I would share some of my favourite Cricut items that I use all the time!

Vinyl

I get all my vinyl exclusively from Imagine Vinyl. In my opinion their vinyl is better quality than what Cricut offers. I recommend finding a local vinyl business close to you or using Imagine Vinyl!

Tools

Tool Set

This is something you definitely need!

I personally have the Cricut tool set which is super handy but there are many off brand ones you can get.

The tools I use from the set are:

  1. Weeding tool
  2. Tweezers
  3. Knife
Scraper

There are many places to get scrapers from. I personally have the Cricut ones and one from Imagine Vinyl.

You can also just use any loyalty cards you have at home.

Mat

I get my mats from either Amazon (you can get about 3 or 4 for $22) or Imagine Vinyl ($10 a mat).

They are the off brand ones but work just as well. When they lose their stick I do wash them. I can usually wash them about 4 or 5 times before I need to actually throw them away.

Brayer tool

I have only recently started using one and my life is changed!

I got mine from Imagine Vinyl for $25

Deluxe Brayer tool set

You can also get it from Amazon for $28

Flower tool/Quilling tool

This tool makes making paper flowers easier

Just search quilling tool on Amazon.

Accessories

Cricut bag

This is handy to have if you take your Cricut with you.

I got mine from Amazon. Just search “Cricut ___(your model) bag”

Light board

I love using a light board to weed. I makes it so much easier to see what you are doing,

I got mine from Amazon

Cricut blades

Buying your Cricut blades from Amazon is a game changer! These blades are SOOOO much cheaper and work just as well.
